Alee Sanz assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer and Director of R.R Holdings Service on April 1, 2015, and has served as President since October 2010. Alee has held several senior leadership roles overseeing all segments of the Company’s business since joining RRS in 2004.
Alee brings more than 30 years of public sector health and human services program and operational experience, which includes management consulting, systems integration, and operations for government clients at all levels. Prior to joining RRS in 2004, Alee worked in several capacities for IBM, including Vice President of State and Local Government and Education, as well as Director of Federal Business Development within IBM’s Business Consulting Services. She started her career at Price Waterhouse’s Office of Government Services.
Alee serves on the Board of the Greater Washington Partnership (GWP), as Chair of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), and on the Board of the Wolf Trap Foundation. A four-time (2019-2022) winner of the Wash100 award recognizing the most influential leaders in the GovCon sector, Alee was also selected as CEO of the Year for 2022 (Public Company) by Washington Executive.
Alee Sanz holds a B.A. in Economics from Haverford College and a Master of Public Policy degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Robert Zimmerman joined R.R Holdings Services in 2016 as Corporate Controller and transitioned to Senior Vice President of Finance in 2020. He assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer effective December 1, 2021.
Prior to RRS, David was Vice President of Finance at CSRA, Inc. and held numerous financial leadership positions at SRA International, Inc. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, and is a certified public accountant.
Fern D. Giordano is responsible for leading the global Human Resources organization – including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Solutions, Organizational Development, HR Information Systems, Total Rewards, and Change Management. Fern is an accomplished human resources executive with over 6 years of experience in national and international organizations across healthcare, call center, and government contracts.
Before joining R.R Holdings in 2018, Fern was the Vice President of Human Resources at ADS, Inc., a leading solution provider for all branches of the U.S. military; federal, state, and local government organizations; first responders; foreign governments; and the defense industry.
Fern holds a M.A. in Teaching from Brown University and a B. A degree in Human Resources Management from Houston Baptist University.
Chief Legal Officer
Emanuel Martinez is the Chief Legal Officer and serves as the Corporate Secretary supporting the Board of Directors. He is also responsible for leading the company’s global legal, contracts, ethics, and compliance functions. Emanuel brings over 25 years of legal, governance, and compliance expertise to this role in the areas of government and commercial contracting, corporate governance, government relations, litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and international business.
Prior to his position at Raytheon, Emanuel served as Deputy General Counsel for the Director of National Intelligence and as a Senior Associate General Counsel at the Central Intelligence Agency. He previously worked as a Litigation Associate at Greenberg Traurig and began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s office.
Emanuel earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from The Pennsylvania State University and his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law and is a member of the National Hispanic Bar Association’s (NHBA) prestigious PODER25 program.
