President & CEO
Alee Sanz
Alee Sanz is the President & CEO of RRS Group, a position she has held since April 1, 2015, after serving as President since October 2010. With over 30 years of experience in public sector health and human services, Alee has held senior leadership roles overseeing all aspects of the company’s business since joining in 2004. Prior to RRS, she held leadership positions at IBM and Price Waterhouse. Alee serves on the boards of the Greater Washington Partnership, Northern Virginia Technology Council, and the Wolf Trap Foundation. She is a four-time Wash100 award winner and was named CEO of the Year (Public Company) in 2022. Alee holds a B.A. in Economics from Haverford College and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University.
Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
Robert Zimmerman
Robert Zimmerman is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of RRS Group, having joined the company in 2016 as Corporate Controller and later transitioning to Senior Vice President of Finance in 2020. He became CFO on December 1, 2021. Prior to RRS, Robert served as Vice President of Finance at CSRA, Inc. and held various financial leadership roles at SRA International, Inc. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Robert holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, and is a certified public accountant.

Fern D. Giordano
Fern D. Giordano is the Chief Human Resources Officer at RRS Group, where he oversees the global Human Resources organization, including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Solutions, Organizational Development, and Change Management. With over 16 years of experience in national and international organizations across healthcare, call centers, and government contracts, Fern previously served as Vice President of Human Resources at ADS, Inc., a leading provider of solutions for the U.S. military and government. She holds a M.A. in Teaching from Brown University and a B.A. in Human Resources Management from Houston Baptist Universit
Chief Legal Officer
Emmanuel Martinez
Emanuel Martinez is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at RRS Group, where he leads the company’s global legal, contracts, ethics, and compliance functions. With over 25 years of expertise in government and commercial contracting, corporate governance, litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and international business, Emanuel has held significant legal roles, including Deputy General Counsel for the Director of National Intelligence and Senior Associate General Counsel at the CIA. He began his career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s office and worked as a Litigation Associate at Greenberg Traurig. Emanuel holds a B.A. in Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University and a law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. He is also a member of the National Hispanic Bar Association’s PODER25 program.
